Step One

The first step is to determine your business and marketing objectives. Every company has business objectives that require marketing materials and marketing activities.

We work with you to determine and focus on your business objectives that may include:

• Increase Sales
• Name Recognition & Awareness
• More Qualified Business Leads
• Keeping and Growing Customers
Step one includes a review of your prior marketing and sales activities which have been successful for your company.

Step Two

The second step is to plan out your marketing materials and activities for the year. The Marketing Dept uses a tool that we have built for this process called; The Marketing Matrix®.

The Marketing Matrix provides a guide to optimize your marketing budget and materials over the course of 6 to 12 months.

This step includes the development of business tools that track the progress of your marketing plan and allow us to make changes as needed.

Step Three

The final step is implementation and managing your marketing plan. We start by preparing a calendar based on the results from the Marketing Matrix. Each month/quarter we manage your marketing activities and review your results. We then make changes to the marketing activities and materials to be as successful as possible.

Depending on your marketing plan for 2008 we may focus on building and launching a new website or tactical marketing – running marketing campaigns on your customer base or key target markets.
